E.J. O’Malley
E.J. O’Malley is in his 20th year as a Health and Fitness Instructor at the FBI Academy, Physical Training Unit. He earned his B.S. from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and M.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University. He holds certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Travis George
Lt. Travis George (retired) is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career in law enforcement and financial services. As a member of Creative Planning's Practice Development team, he specializes in addressing the retirement planning needs of industries such as law enforcement and firefighting. He leads a Financial Operations Team focused on client care and spearheads nationwide financial wellness initiatives. Additionally, he contributes to enhancing retirement plans for government employers. Travis brings 27 years of law enforcement experience to his role, having retired as a Division Commander with the Belton, MO Police Department. His diverse career included roles as a Patrol Officer, K9 handler, School Resource Officer, Field Sergeant, Training Coordinator, Patrol Commander, and Investigations Division Commander. Academically, he holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Missouri and a master’s degree from Lincoln University. He is also a graduate of the Missouri Police Chief's Command College, where he studied organizational leadership. Travis’s blend of leadership experience and specialized expertise positions him as a key contributor to retirement planning and financial wellness initiatives.
Don Robinson
Don retired from the FBI in 2015 after 23 years of service where he specialized in counterterrorism, organized crime, and narcotics investigations. Don also served as a Crisis/Hostage Negotiator for most of his career. Don supervised the Coeur d’Alene Resident Agency of the FBI from 2005 to 2012. In his last assignment with the FBI, Don served as Legal Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, Russia where he was responsible for bilateral law enforcement cooperation between the United States and the Russian Federation.
Upon his retirement from the FBI, he began a second career in behavioral health. Don established one of the first Behavioral Health Crisis Centers in Idaho and served as the Behavioral Health Crisis Intervention Services Manager at a 296-bed community hospital.
Don is the Founder and Principal Consultant for Clinical Security Solutions LLC, a security risk management consulting firm specializing in behavioral threat assessment and management, and workplace violence prevention.
Don is a Certified Threat Manager accredited through the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals.
Dr. Benjamin Stone
Upon graduation from the University of Arkansas, Dr. Benjamin Stone attended Exeter College of Oxford University. At Oxford, Dr. Stone developed a keen interest in cardiovascular physiology. He completed his PhD and related coursework for his medical doctorate and also coordinated research at the British Olympic Medical Institute, Oxford Nutraceuticals Group, and Cambridge University. Dr. Stone served as Assistant Professor of Exercise Physiology at the University of Central Arkansas, Sr. Tutor at Oxford University, and designed curriculums for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. In 2017, Dr. Stone co-developed Sigma Tactical Wellness, an organization intent on determining the causes-of and reducing the prevalence of coronary disease in law enforcement officers throughout the United States. To date, his program has screened more than 7000 police officers and the derived data and methods are being used across the nation to save countless lives. As a well-regarded lecturer, Dr. Stone has presented data at the International Association of Chiefs of Police conference, Texas Chiefs Association, The FBI National Academy, and many other state, local, and federal law-enforcement agencies.
